| If
you cancel on or before May 17, 2024, we will
refund 50% of your payment. All cancellations must be made via email, and received at GuitarCamp@WomensHeartsAndHands.com by the date noted. We are unable to refund your payment under the following circumstances: 1. If you cancel after May 17, 2024; 2. If you cancel via telephone or text; 3. If you depart from camp before camp concludes. If we cancel this in-person camp because Covid is surging, we will refund 100% of your enrollment fee. |

In order to create a Covid-safe
environment, we enacted the following rules. As the Covid pandemic evolves, we will update this policy. To see our latest rules, please check back.:
Upon arrival at camp, on Saturday morning, and on Sunday morning, we will ask you to take a Covid rapid test. Please bring to camp three unused rapid test kits. When you are indoors, you are welcome to wear a face mask. Indoors, face masks are not required. We are trying to create a Covid-safe bubble environment. Between initial arrival at camp and final departure from camp, we ask that each camper refrain from engaging in commerce at nearby business establishments, and maintain social distance from non-campers. By paying the enrollment fee, each participant agrees to assume all risks associated with attending Guitar Camp. |
